After three years, five successful cohorts and dozens of emerging leaders empowered across the industry, applications are now open for the sixth and final Leadership Mastery for Women in Maritime program.

The partnership, now in its third and final year, has delivered five leadership courses for women in the sector and is now preparing to deliver its sixth and final program. This final course represents the last opportunity for eligible WISTA members to participate in this course, which provides tailored skills and insights needed to succeed as leaders throughout their careers.

The day-long workshop and course is titled: Leadership Mastery for Women in Maritime.

The course is designed to support the growth of women by enhancing their personal leadership style and skillset, inspiring them to become strong, confident leaders, and creating foundations for a future network and mentoring community.

The workshop is for team leaders, managers and emerging leaders in the sector who want to power up their confidence, influence and impact at work. WISTA members with 12 months or more of experience leading people - whether at work or in other contexts – should apply.

Women in on-shore, office and offshore or on-water roles are all encouraged to submit applications. The course will run biannually in cities across Australia.
