We are thrilled to invite you to the 2025 WISTA Australia AGM - NSW, Proudly co-hosted by Svitzer and Port Authority in their domain on Friday, 22 August from 10:45pm to 4:30pm.

Event Programme

10:45pm - 12:00pm | Svitzer Tug Tour Port Kembla
12:30pm - 14:00pm | Networking and Lunch at Lo Stretto.
14:00pm - 15:15pm | Tour VTS and Meet the Pilots at Port Authority 
15:30pm - 16:30pm | WISTA Australia AGM (virtual) hosted at Port Authority, Port Kembla with afternoon tea.

Tugboat and Port Authority Experience

Safety Requirements:

• Long trousers (no shorts or skirts)
• Long-sleeved shirt
• Enclosed shoes (no open-toe footwear)

AGM (virtual and in person)

We will be holding the AGM as a hybrid online and in person event.

The in person event will be held at Port Authority NSW office at Maritime Centre, 91 Foreshore Road, Port Kembla NSW 2505 and will commence at 15:30 both online and in person.

Please note: Tours will be held onsite and will depend on shipping - noting that shipping schedules can change at short notice.

Note: Svitzer and Port Authority NSW Port Kembla is just a moments walk to lunch at Lo Stratto restaurant.

Ticket Costs:

Members: $50

The tour is limited to members only - members will be contacted on the day to confirm tugboat tour time. 10:45am is indicative

Tickets includes lunch and afternoon tea - please advise if you have any dietary restrictions.
