Queensland chapters Christmas party at the Mission to Seafarers (MTS)!

This year, we have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the approximately 2 million seafarers worldwide who play a crucial role in providing us with the goods we depend on, especially during the festive season.

The MTS offers seafarers a haven to connect with their families, recharge for their upcoming journeys, and access vital medical, welfare, and chaplaincy services. As many seafarers remain on vessels during the Christmas period, the MTS extends its support by providing them with Christmas gift bags filled with festive goodies to bring joy to their lives.

Our Christmas party agenda includes:

• 11:15 AM: Meet at the Loading Zone, 480 Queen Street in the city for bus pickup.
• 11:30 AM: The bus will pick up attendees from the city and transport them to MTS.
• 12:00 PM: Arrive at MTS and enjoy a delicious lunch.
• 1:00/1:30 PM: Join us in packing Christmas bags for seafarers.
• 3:00 PM: The bus will pick up attendees from MTS and return them to the Loading Zone, 480 Queen Street.

The event cost is $15 for WISTA Australia members and $50 for non-members. If you have any dietary requirements, please make a note when registering for the event.
