Joining us to discuss industry decarbonisation and being a woman in leadership are:

• Francine Watts – Business Transformation Manager at MMA Offshore. With more than 20 years in the maritime industry, Francine has worked in academic research, naval defence, subsea engineering, business development, tender management and now drives decarbonisation and operational efficiencies for offshore vessels.
• Vivienne Tieu – Director of Sales, Marketing and Shipping at Fortescue Metals Group. Vivienne has a long and distinguished career in the resource sector and actively works to connect women in the sector for the longevity of their careers. Vivienne joined FMG in January 2023 and is now tasked with the project of decarbonising very large ore carriers. 
• Claudene Sharp-Patel – Technical Director, Marine & Offshore at Lloyd’s Register. Claudene has had an extraordinary marine engineering career in Australia and overseas and at Lloyd's Register is now focused on supporting the industry on its path of digitalisation, decarbonisation, and energy transition.
