A collaboration between Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA), Wondering Women & Next Leap Training Solutions.

Building on the success of the FTA Women in Logistics Forums over the last 10 years, in 2021 we joined forces with Wondering Women and Next Leap Training Solutions to host the amazing sunrise walk at Bondi Beach with over $11K being donated to charity.

Due to water damage at the Novotel Brighton Le-Sand which has brought forward the commencement of major renovations, we have had to change the venue to the beautiful St George Motor Boat Club – The Waterfront Function Centre. This has also meant that we can no longer hold the walk and will replace it with a “Breathe, Stretch & Relax” Activity.

We will have a raffle on the evening with 2 nights Novotel accommodation, hampers etc as prizes. All profits will go to our chosen charities being Bayside Women’s Shelter & Waves of Wellness. "The workshop is suited to any level of experience and is very useful for people in Leadership roles. The PCM is a Human Behaviour model where we look at the different personalities and understand our own failure patterns, distress behaviours and how we can overcome these behaviours and keep ourselves in the OK-OK space. We also look and understand what our psychological motivators are and how we can motivate ourselves and others".

The overall theme for the evening will be “Building a Supportive Community”.
